WHAT WE DO
Charity Fight Nation is the South’s premier charity boxing event. We started out in 2016 and to date have successfully staged six shows, raising over £34,000 for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, The Rowans Hospice and Autism Hampshire. Since CFN 5, we have partnered with Tonic Music for Mental Health.
The idea behind CFN is to promote a fit & healthy lifestyle, whilst raising money for worthwhile causes. It’s easy to let busy lives get in the way of making the time to train and standard gym memberships can all too easily lapse. Being part of a team, training to a schedule in a professional, yet relaxed environment; committing to fundraising, selling tickets and agreeing to step into the ring in front of family and friends are all great ways of ensuring that you stay focused on your fitness goals with every incentive to ‘see it through’.
When you sign up for a CFN event, you receive a free eight-week training package that includes three sessions at Stacey Community Gym in Walsall Road, Portsmouth. Our pro boxing coaches have decades of experience between them and they have devised a training plan to make our events accessible to all, regardless of age, current fitness or ability.
What do we ask in return? That you pay a £20 registration fee, agree to sell 20 tickets to the show and raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship for Tonic Music for Mental Health. It’s as simple as that. If you’re interested in receiving a registration form, please click the GET INVOLVED button at the top of the page.
Tickets for cfn7 are now on sale. Just £20, including admission to the official after-show party
